Sonnie JacksonCo-Founder, President and CEO Sonnie Jackson has been responsible for directing corporate strategies and leading SOTEC from a start up to a mature organization with an extensive reach. His primary focus is developing strategies to grow and improve the company while ensuring that the SOTEC team is aligned with the vision of surpassing clients' expectations and achieving workplace excellence. With more than 19 years' experience in the technical staffing and IT services field - including program management, information technology (IT) systems services, contracting and acquisition management, source-selection, and proposal preparation and evaluation - Mr. Jackson is fully qualified and capable of ensuring each SOTEC customer receives the best support possible. Mr. Jackson also has 14 years' experience at the senior executive level in the IT industry and has demonstrated quality leadership successes in a variety of demanding management positions. |

Blake NelsonMember, Board of Directors Blake Nelson brings to the board of SOTEC extensive management, sales and IT services background. Blake currently runs the U.S. Public Sector for MEGA NA, managing their sales and consulting business practice for the U.S. Federal Government. Prior to serving on the board of SOTEC, Blake was the Director of Sales and Services at Enginuiti and a Senior Solutions Consultant - Public Sector Manager at Savi Technology, a Lockheed Martin Company, where he worked in the defense and aerospace industry. Before that, he served as Manager of Business Solutions at Open Harbor and worked for large international companies including JP Morgan Chase/Vastera and Perot Systems. Blake holds more than 15 years of professional experience in enterprise systems sales and integration, technical architecture and business process design and improvement. He also possesses extensive knowledge of sales team management and improvement, market development and setup and execution of business and sales strategies. More specifically, Blake has significant expertise in sales team leadership and has aided many of his clients in addressing their complex business needs and goals in a variety of industries, including international trade, logistics, federal government, software and telecommunications. Blake earned a B.A. in Political Science from the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences of West Virginia University. He is an active member of the National Capital Area Chapter of the West Virginia Alumni Association. |
